Lecture with Guest Speaker Marian Veney Ashton, Executive Director A.T. Johnson Museum February 24th  5pm-7pm

Location: Colonial Beach Community Center- 717 Marshall Ave, Colonial Beach

Guest Speaker Marian Veney Ashton, Executive Director of the A.T. Johnson Museum will speak about the history of African American Labor in the Northern Neck & John Wesley Sutton (1897-1978) a biochemist and protégé of George Washington Carver, who exemplified the resilience and resourcefulness of African Americans.
