A Wonderful Surprise at the Colonial Beach Historical Society & Museum!

We were delighted to receive a surprise visit from longtime Colonial Beach resident Ronny Marders, who generously brought in a fascinating personal collection of arrowheads and shark teeth he has gathered locally over the years. Each piece tells a story of our area’s rich natural and cultural history—and it was truly special to see them up close.

Even more heartwarming, Ronny donated a number of shark teeth specifically for our young museum visitors, so children can take a piece of Coastal Virginia history home with them after their visit.
