One of the prominent condominium developments is the Potomac Renaissance Condos, located at 100 Taylor Street. Construction of the first building began in 2006 and was completed in February 2007. This five-story structure features 28 residential units above a drive-under garage, with commercial spaces on the ground floor, including the Jarrett Thor Gallery. In July 2014, a second building with 24 units was added next to the original, offering similar amenities and waterfront views.

The Potomac Renaissance Condominiums are a notable waterfront development in Colonial Beach, Virginia, reflecting the town's revitalization efforts in the early 21st century.

Building One: 100 Taylor Street

Construction of the first building at 100 Taylor Street commenced in 2006 and was completed in February 2007. Developed by Value Craft Homes and managed by Kevin McKinny, this five-story structure features 28 residential units above a concrete and steel drive-under garage. The ground floor includes commercial spaces, one of which houses the Jarrett Thor Gallery. The residential units range from 934 to 1,433 square feet, offering two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, private balconies with waterfront views, and full fire safety systems. The building is constructed to withstand 100-mph winds and includes elevators servicing all floors .

Building Two: 103 N Irving Avenue

In July 2014, a second building was added at 103 N Irving Avenue, adjacent to the original. This structure comprises 24 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, offering similar amenities and panoramic views of the Potomac River. Units in this building are approximately 925 square feet and feature open floor plans, modern kitchens, and private balconies .

Both buildings are situated near the Colonial Beach boardwalk, providing residents with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and recreational activities. The development has contributed to the town's appeal as a destination for both permanent residents and vacationers seeking a coastal lifestyle.
